enterpriSe Agency Workers Regulations and Real Time Information modules are designed to simplify the process and achieve compliance with the regulations.

They particularly address three key issues: parity of pay, holiday payment processing and the “twelve week count”. Under RTI requirements enterpriSe enables the employers requirement to report details of staffs’ salaries each payday, rather than at the end of the year.
